With a BA in Business Management, specializing in Finance and Marketing, Avinoam brings over a decade of diverse managerial experience. His leadership skills were honed during his service as an officer in IDF combat units, both in active duty and the reserves.

In his role at the company, Avinoam is responsible for business development, which includes scouting new projects for our clientele in desirable locations and networking with contractors to secure deals and partnerships. He manages interactions with builders and property owners to foster successful collaborations and drive company growth.
